Switch to a merchant account

Move from your personal account into the Partner Dashboard for your venue.

Every Partner Dashboard action happens under a merchant account, not your personal one. If your venue has already been set up, switching takes three taps.

Press and hold the profile icon

Long-press the profile icon in the bottom navigation.

Choose the merchant account

Pick the venue account you want to switch to from the list.

Enter the Partner Dashboard

You're now managing that venue.

You can hold multiple merchant accounts (for example, several venues under one operator) - the same press-and-hold gesture switches between all of them.
